We want every shopping experience with us to be as joyful as your little one's smile. Please take a moment to get acquainted with our policy:


Cancellation during the order processing stage (within 2 business days):
- Change your mind in the first 2 business days after making a purchase? No problem! You'll receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
- This grace period is calculated from the moment you place your order until the close of the 2nd business day.
- This 2-day cancellation window does NOT apply to express shipping orders. 


Cancellation After 2 business Days (Before Shipment):
- If you decide to switch things up after the initial 2-day period but before your order is shipped, a small 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- This restocking fee ensures our baby products' meticulous handling and sanitation.
- The rest of your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method. 


Cancellation After Shipment:
- We'll issue a store credit minus the 20% restocking fee for cancellations made after the order has been shipped.
- Store credit is the only form of refund applicable in this scenario.
